1. Head Stamping
Raw wire is first processed in the head-stamping machine. Wire is cut, and then stamped to obtain the correct head formation and length.
2. Drilling Point Pinching
Self-drilling screws require this additional step in formation of the sharp drill point.
3. Threading
Threads and serrations are formed in this process. Type-17 and shank slots are of later additional process.
4. Packaging
Bulk packing or customer design boxes including labels are available for choice. In addition to standard pallets, Euro pallets are also available upon request. The automatic screw arranging machines align the screws making ease for packaging. Also, the automatic box assembly machine increases our efficiency.
